Adobong sawâ

(Snake Adobo)

Adobong sawâ is a traditional stew originating from the Philippines. This exotic type of adobo is usually made with a combination of snake meat, chili peppers, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, onions, water, oil, salt, and pepper. The garlic, snake meat, hot peppers, and onions are sautéed in oil, then seasoned with salt and pepper and covered with water, soy sauce, and vinegar.
