Pirlo

Pirlo is a signature cocktail from Brescia, Lombardy. This refreshing drink is often called the Brescian version of the classic Italian spritz. Pirlo combines equal proportions of still white wine, Campari, and soda (or sparkling water).

It was traditionally prepared in a pitcher and chilled, but most versions today are mixed directly in the glass. Pirlo is served in a wine glass filled with ice. Orange slices are added to the cocktail and are often used as a garnish.
