Forty Creek Barrel Select is the Canadian whisky that laid the foundation for the brand’s reputation and recognition. First introduced in 2000, this whisky is the result of a meticulous blending process that brings together individually aged grain whiskies made from rye, barley, and corn.
Each grain is fermented, distilled, and aged separately in a variety of barrels, including used bourbon casks and new American white oak, which contribute to its rich and complex flavor profile. Robust and layered, Barrel Select offers deep notes of vanilla, honey, subtle rye spice, and cocoa, with a hint of toasted earthiness.
With an alcohol content of 40%, it is remarkably versatile—perfect to enjoy neat, over ice, or as a refined base in cocktails.
