Marsala Fine Ambra

Marsala Fine Ambra is a fortified wine from Sicily, Italy, classified as "Fine," meaning it has been aged for at least one year. "Ambra," meaning amber, refers to its rich amber color, which results from the use of white grape varieties like Grillo, Catarratto, or Inzolia and the addition of cooked grape must (mosto cotto), giving it a deeper color and a more caramelized flavor profile.

Typically semi-dry or sweet, it has warm, nutty, and slightly woody notes, making it ideal for both sipping and cooking, especially in desserts and savory dishes.
