Erbaluce di Caluso passito

Erbaluce di Caluso is an Italian appellation located in the provinces of Torino, Biella, and Vercelli that produces various wine styles with Erbaluce as the principal grape variety. Passito wines are made with the namesake process in which the grapes are partially dried before they are made into wine.

The resulting wines are golden yellow, with a sweet, velvety flavor. They are typically enjoyed well-chilled and pair well with dry desserts and cheese.
