ASW Distillery's Fiddler Toasted Rye is a cask-strength rye whiskey crafted from a mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley. This expression undergoes aging in new, charred American white oak barrels with varying char levels, followed by a finishing period in toasted barrels with light, medium, and heavy toast levels.

The finishing process imparts a complex flavor profile, featuring notes of elegant citrus, layered spices, toasted vanilla bean, and gingerbread cookies. Bottled at cask strength, Fiddler Toasted Rye offers a robust and balanced tasting experience, with a toasted maple foundation that keeps the flavors in harmony.

Winterville Gin is a premium spirit produced by ASW Distillery, located in Atlanta, Georgia. Named after Winterville, Georgia—the hometown of ASW's co-founder, Jim Chasteen—this gin pays homage to the town's annual Marigold Festival by incorporating marigold among its botanicals.

Crafted with a blend of thirteen botanicals, Winterville Gin emphasizes citrus and floral notes, toning down the traditional juniper dominance found in many dry gins. The botanical mix includes angelica root, anise, cardamom, coriander, cucumber, grapefruit, hyssop, juniper, lemon, lime, orange, marigold, and pepper.

TasteAtlas food rankings are based on the ratings of the TasteAtlas audience, with a series of mechanisms that recognize real users and that ignore bot, nationalist or local patriotic ratings, and give additional value to the ratings of users that the system recognizes as knowledgeable. TasteAtlas Rankings should not be seen as the final global conclusion about food. Their purpose is to promote excellent local foods, instill pride in traditional dishes, and arouse curiosity about dishes you haven’t tried.
