IVAÍ London Dry Gin is a classic gin inspired by English tradition, enriched with unique Brazilian botanical ingredients. It is distilled using fresh and mild natural mineral water sourced from an ancient underground spring located directly beneath the distillery, resulting in an exceptionally pure product.
Produced using the "one-shot London Dry" method, each batch combines natural grain distillate with carefully selected botanicals. This process, though more costly and demanding, contributes to the gin's superior quality. Among the 16 botanicals used are traditional ingredients such as juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, and licorice root, as well as less common elements like caraway, blended with local Brazilian botanicals such as pine nuts, imburana bark, sassafras cinnamon, and nó-de-cachorro.
