"On an alleyway in the Iranian capital, Moslem restaurant serves the best tah-chin – a rich comfort food of rice, buttery chicken and saffron – in the city"
"When a customer tastes it, they can tell it’s good and they will come back for it. The customer has tried it once and will then seek it again.”
"Its speciality is tah chin, a delicious Iranian rice cake packed with saffron, egg, yoghurt, and chicken."
"The result is a slice of saffron goodness that is crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside and usually covered in fresh pistachios and sour barberries, which complement the sweetness of the moist, buttery rice."

"I am not Iranian but my boyfriend and I were recommended to go here and have tachin. We were not disappointed: the crusty rice was amazing and the kebab was very good. It was an overall interesting experience: we shared a table with a gentleman, the staff was super busy but extremely nice and helpful, the serving time was incredibly fast (the place was packed). If you are at Tehran grand bazaar just stop here. You won’t regret it. Mind you: one portion feed at least 2."
