Whiskey&Co is a Japanese company specializing in the production and sale of craft spirits, with a particular focus on bourbon-style whiskey. Established in January 2021, the company aims to introduce the allure of American bourbon whiskey to Japan by developing a unique Japanese "Bourbon Whiskey" style.

The company is headquartered in Mishima, Shizuoka Prefecture, where it has renovated a registered tangible cultural property into its first distillery, named "Distillery Water Dragon." This urban micro-distillery is part of their broader vision to establish regionally rooted distilleries across Japan, contributing to local revitalization and creating a network of interconnected communities.

In collaboration with established distilleries, such as the renowned Nishi Shuzo in Kagoshima, Whiskey&Co. has been developing bourbon-styl conducting trial distillations, and preparing for full-scale production. Their goal is to create a distinct Japanese interpretation of bourbon whiskey, leveraging traditional techniques while introducing innovative approaches to spirit production.
