Weingut Müller-Catoir is a family-owned winery established in 1744, located in Haardt, a district of Neustadt an der Weinstraße in Germany's Pfalz region. Currently in its ninth generation of family ownership, the winery cultivates 25 hectares of vineyards.

The vineyards are exclusively situated in the Mittelhaardt area, within the boundaries of Haardt, Gimmeldingen, and Mußbach, with 70% of the land on slopes and 30% in the valley. Key vineyard parcels include Haardter Bürgergarten, Haardter Herrenletten, Haardter Herzog, Haardter Mandelring, Gimmeldinger Mandelgarten, and Schlössel.

The winery is a member of the VDP (Verband Deutscher Prädikatsweingüter) and certified for organic production. Their winemaking philosophy focuses on minimal intervention, allowing the wines to naturally develop their character and complexity.
