"I changed my mind, and instead of trying a second Cacio e Pepe, I ended up ordering the pinsa Rustica (Rustic) – a bready medium-height crust, covered with tomato sauce, mozzarella, sausage, and twice-cooked chicory (likely steamed or blanched first, and then sautéed in garlic and chili peppers). This pizza was incredible. Served with a bonus green olive and single cherry tomato in the centre, this was one awesome pizza."

"My lunch of a prosciutto and melon appetizer and handmade pasta with onions and eggplant was lovely, because everything looked and tasted like it was handled with love. The melon was ripe and full of flavor, contrasting nicely with the salty ham."
