"I like that it isn’t too sweet and that you can control the sweetness based on how much you sweeter the berries and what kind of soft bread you choose to use. I used slices of brioche which was quite lovely. The slices were thick and could hold up to all the soaking and also had a nice spongy texture that allowed for maximum absorption."
