Soto kaki

Soto kaki is a traditional soup originating from Jakarta. The spicy soup is usually prepared with a combination of cow's trotters, cartilage, and tendons from cow's feet, coconut milk, potatoes, vermicelli noodles, krupuk, and various vegetables.

It is believed that this type of soto soup originates from the Betawi people. Once done, soto kaki is typically served with steamed rice on the side. If desired, it can be enriched with yogurt, as there are many recipes for this spicy soup.
