"This dish is a well known Algerian dish, it's a soup made basically of tomato, meat and frik(weat). Chorba frik, or El Jari as it's called in the eastern cities, is the principal dish during the holy month of Ramadan. It's usually served with Kesra (bread) and Bourak. I tried this dish in Ighrassen restaurant and I really liked it."
