Pinhook's Vertical Series Bourbon 8 Year is the fifth release in their nine-year Vertical Series, which follows a group of 1,350 MGP bourbon barrels as they age from four to twelve years. This 8-year-old bourbon offers a bright nose of orange curaçao, oloroso sherry, clove, and brown sugar, leading to a full palate of dark cherry, plum, cinnamon, and burnt sugar.
Bottled at 114.6 proof, it showcases a mash bill of 75% corn, 20.5% rye, and 4.5% malted barley.
