Luxlait Beurre Rose is a traditional Luxembourgish butter with a protected designation of origin (AOP), produced by Luxlait. Its recipe has remained unchanged since 1932, when it was first introduced as Luxembourg's national brand. Beurre Rose is made from pasteurized cream that is left to mature with the addition of carefully selected dairy cultures.

This process allows the development of its unique flavor. Afterward, the cream is carefully churned in a traditional method to achieve the smooth texture that is characteristic of Beurre Rose. Beurre Rose is a symbol of Luxembourg's tradition and quality.

Its name originates from the stylized rose that was added to the packaging in 1938, in tribute to Grand Duchess Charlotte, who loved roses. This rose has since become a recognizable symbol of the product.
