"I had tacos de tripas (if I translate that to english, you wouldn’t want to try lol) but they are so gooooood! These tripas were toasted and bronzed to perfection and paired so well with the salsa. The tortilla didn’t fall apart and I think that’s one of the most important things about tacos."
