The Tasmanian Peated whisky from Lark Distillery is a lightly peated single malt with earthy peat and floral notes, along with hints of dark chocolate, coffee, and marmalade. It is crafted using a unique post-malt smoking process, where barley is smoked with Tasmanian peat, resulting in a flavor profile distinct from traditionally peated whiskies.


It has a warming finish with ginger snap biscuit and subtle ash. Best enjoyed neat, over ice, or in cocktails like the Royal Penicillin or Highland Highball.
