This premium product is crafted from purebred Iberian pigs that roam freely in the dehesas, feasting on a natural diet of acorns (bellotas), herbs, and pastures during the Montanera period (October to March).


The jamón undergoes a meticulous curing process lasting a minimum of 40 months in natural cellars, resulting in a juicy, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Each slice offers an intense acorn-infused flavor, delivering a rich and aromatic experience that embodies the essence of Guijuelo's traditional craftsmanship. ​
