Gosset Grande Réserve Brut is a signature expression of the oldest Champagne house, founded in 1584. Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, this cuvée strikes a perfect balance between freshness, structure, and elegance. The nose reveals notes of ripe yellow fruit, lemon tart, and subtle toasted aromas.
On the palate, it is rich and well-rounded, with hints of white flowers, hawthorn, and citrus. Aged for at least four years before release, it offers depth, complexity, and a long, refined finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with white meats, seafood, soft cheeses, and classic French appetizers.
Champagne House Gosset is the oldest wine house in the Champagne region, founded in 1584 in the village of Aÿ by Pierre Gosset, a winemaker and alderman at the time. Initially, the house produced still red wines from grapes grown in its own vineyards.
In the 18th century, as the wines of Aÿ began to sparkle, Gosset naturally transitioned to Champagne production, all while preserving its distinctive style and unwavering commitment to quality. Today, Gosset is renowned for its prestigious cuvées, including Gosset Grande Réserve, Gosset Grand Rosé, Gosset Grand Blanc de Blancs, Gosset Grand Millésime 2016, Gosset Petite Douceur Rosé, 12 ans de cave a minima Rosé, Gosset 21 ans de cave a minima, as well as the exclusive vintage cuvées from the Gosset Celebris line.
