Dad Bod Quad is a powerful Belgian-style Quadrupel from Firestone Walker’s experimental Propagator brewery. At 10.7% ABV and around 36 IBU, this dark ale is rich and multi-layered. Brewed with special Trappist monastery yeast and dark Belgian candi sugar, it is aged in California brandy barrels, resulting in bold aromas of bananas foster, caramelized sugar, apple fritters, toffee, vanilla, and toasted oak.
