"Emmentaler is yet another mild yet delicious cheese. I have recently began trying out cheeses, something outside of my comfort zone due to my initial experiences with stronger cheeses, but the subtle flavor of Emmentaler was very comforting. I find cheeses with more modest flavors to be much more delicious and I will definitely be getting myself some more Emmentaler."
