A Rare and Exquisite Coffee Experience Crafted by the renowned Daterra farm in Brazil’s Cerrado Mineiro region, Laurina is a truly exceptional coffee celebrated for its refined elegance and rare genetic profile. Also known as Bourbon Pointu, this distinctive variety originates from Réunion Island and is characterized by its small, pointed beans and naturally low caffeine content, making it a unique choice among Arabica coffees.

Grown at 1,200 meters above sea level, Laurina undergoes a meticulously controlled anaerobic fermentation and natural drying process, where fully ripened cherries are left to dry naturally on the tree. This technique enhances the coffee’s sweetness and complexity, yielding a silky-smooth cup with delicate citrus notes of mandarin and yellow fruit, complemented by layers of peach, creamy yogurt, and dulce de leche.

The fermentation process allows specialized microorganisms to trigger enzymatic reactions, enriching the acidity and depth of flavor, resulting in a sensory experience unlike any other. Perfectly suited for filter brewing methods, Daterra Masterpiece – Laurina is an exquisite choice for coffee connoisseurs seeking a sophisticated, well-balanced profile with reduced caffeine content.
