The botanical blend includes juniper, coriander, orris root, grapefruit peel, lemon myrtle, jarrah honey, chamomile flowers, and cassia bark, resulting in a smooth and complex flavor profile.
For optimal enjoyment, it is recommended to drink Summer Gin on its own or pair it with a citrus-infused tonic (4 parts tonic to 1 part gin) and a slice of fresh lime.
