Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta. Produced only in the best years, it comes from 100% Chardonnay grapes harvested in the high hill vineyards. The selection of the bunches is nothing short of meticulous, as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels.
Once assembled, the cuvée ages in the cellar for at least 4 years. The abundant foam, the very fine perlage and the golden straw color announce bewitching and sweet aromas of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruits and hazelnut. The fine mouth follows the trail, it is soft and creamy, perfectly balanced between mature touches and fresh sensations .
