Experimental phase: initial rating derived from official awards and critic reviews

Grace and determination, delicacy and strength combine in this delicious and rare cuvée. The grapes used are approximately 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. The selection of the base wines is as always decisive, so much so that the final blend is chosen from 30 harvest selections, some of which mature in small white oak barrels.

The refinement in the cellar lasts no less than 4 years, starting from the harvest. The youthful pale pink nuances, capable of evolving into precious ancient shades with aging in glass, are wrapped in a very white foam and a tight and persistent perlage.

The aromatic dances are opened by scents of white peach, followed and expanded by hints of wild strawberries, wild flowers and toasted bread. The sip is fleshy, dry, fresh but not harsh, capable of harmonious and seductive vibrations that recall blackcurrant and sweet almond.
