Banks & Solander Signature Gin is an award-winning contemporary gin, pot-distilled using a blend of traditional and Australian botanicals, including Tasmanian pepperberry, lemon myrtle, strawberry gum, and roasted wattleseed. This combination imparts floral and citrus notes from the orange and strawberry gum, while anise, cardamom, and roasted wattleseed contribute a spicy, chocolatey body.
The gin finishes with a pleasant linger on the palate, thanks to the lemon myrtle and pepperberry. With an ABV of 48%, this gin is versatile and pairs well with classic gin cocktails or mixers. Recommended garnishes include citrus slices or raspberries and blackberries, and it complements mixers like Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic.
