"My kind of food. I enjoyed the balancing act of the stewed meat and white rice; a clean starch to offset the intense flavors of the stew. I am a total egg slut and unashamed of my love affair with the gooey, runny yolks. Put an oozing egg on anything and I will unabashedly suck it down. While scooping through the stew, we found purple olives and dried prunes adding unique textures and flavors to every bite."
