The production is completely organic, without the use of pesticides, and follows strict ecological standards. Gold Edition features a balanced fruity profile with mild bitterness and subtle spiciness. Its color is yellowish-green, and its acidity is only 0.1%, placing it among the highest quality oils.

The polyphenol content is 503 mg/kg, contributing to its antioxidant properties. Given its rich flavor, it is ideal for use in salads, vegetables, roasted dishes, and as a finishing touch for various meals.
